Yep, the two timeouts burned in the 3rd quarter were terrible.

Would loved to have seen what they would've run on the 2 point play there.

They would of just wasted those timeouts because to avoid a delay or something dumb because so many snaps were right at 0.

If they got into formation quicker they would of had more time at the end and would of had a 4th and goal chance

NFL and MCC are looking at a game for 26 i think. travel is the biggest issue. I guess it could be like teams play the Thanksgiving game then fly out and have the bye after the MCG game

The NFL could try to do what MLB did this season. MLB had the Dodgers and Padres fly over to Seoul to play a series of games a couple of weeks in advance of the season proper starting. The games counted towards the regular season, but they were standalone games and the players were given sufficient time to recover.

The only issue is that it would fall smackbang in the middle of the AFL season, so it may not be workable to have the international game played at the MCG at the start of the NFL season.

It's fairly difficult logistically to find a time for it to work. Playing at night in Australia means that it's at an odd time in the US, but playing a prime-time game in the US market means the game is on in the middle of the day in Australia.

That's probably the only window for a MCG game. Finals football, then cricket from mid December.

Saturday 12pm kick off here is Friday 8pm ET or 5pm PT.

Would fit perfectly into their Black Friday game.

Maybe we could convince Taylor Swift to wear Raiders gear when she comes to Santa Clara...will end well.

MLB also did the same thing in 2014 when the Dodgers and Diamondbacks played that series at the SCG
