I’m glad Carini said something because her reaction after the bout and comments didn’t help.

What exactly was that test? She failed a gender test. Shouldn’t be allowed to fight women.
What exactly was that test?
If she went home after these Olympics and decided to have a baby, would she be allowed to be called a woman then?
Great race. Every millisecond is critical in that sport. You have to be perfect to win itThat girl Saya on the BMX, WOW, pure domination in every heat, and the final, never in doubt at any stage, and such a story to go with it, after watching the swimming this morning, that was the cherry on top.
That's exactly what I was thinking. What exactly was that test?

That's the same for all the best athletes. She’s a woman, but she has an unfair advantage
She has still been beaten plenty of times. She is not dominating the sport at all. She’s a woman, but she has an unfair advantage

There's no official genetic limit on high testosterone for women. Many successful sporting women have higher levels and there are even requirements in some sports for women to take testosterone inhibiting drugs if their levels are "too high" which is ****en ridiculous imo.Disagree, she’s half male and because of that she has higher testosterone levels.

The relationship between testosterone levels and sporting performance is complex and not necessarily proportional and the tests that woman failed last year are not transparent or open to checking. So we're basing alot of this on not enough info.
If you're interested in the relationship between sporting performance and testosterone this article is full of links to studies saying its is and it isn't important. It depends on the sport, but often it appears performance is dependent on other factors in the person's endocrine system.
The complicated truth about testosterone’s effect on athletic performance
The debate over whether to allow female athletes with high testosterone to compete with other women has been heated, but not backed by a lot of science. That's because there simply isn't much out there, though that's not to say we can't draw some important conclusions from what we do know.www.popsci.com
It's not that straight forward. She failed a gender test. Shouldn’t be allowed to fight women.
