I called it already but my man Scrimmers is in for a very big year in 2024.

Him and Sicily working in tandem gives us one of the best intercept marking half back lines going.

He was great today.

Hustwaite is a certainty to play in round one.

Massimo, Hustwaite, Chol, Mackenzie, MacDonald, Phillips and Ginnivan were all impressive. Hardwick was good at both ends, he could be a quality swingman this season.

Morrison needs to play midfield drifting forward- where he can use skills and smarts and is also a nice finisher by foot - but by god he can’t defend to save his life… was isolated a couple of times today and looked dreadful…

Anyone else watch today's match and consider the fact that last year the coaching panel repeatedly dropped Scrimmers for Bramble?

I think we were very good considering it looked like the dogs were playing like an official game. Geez Libba and Naughton played like it was a GF

Remember not to take these too seriously, they never televised these types of practice games a few years ago. We will get more of a grasp of what to expect next week. However I liked a few individual performances today
