Dont waste your time, watch the last 5 minutes on infinite loop

I was trying to hold off and watch it tonight on Kayo but killing time in a departure lounge got the better of me.
Must admit, I was absolutely filthy until the last few minutes.
I hate, no, HATE losing to Freo.
It's something only a fellow West Aussie could possibly understand!

Stats are interesting. Again we have no real huge possession winners. For the whole season only one player has once passed 30 possessions and that was Cripps against Richmond.

Jack Carroll's TOG all season has been low and was really low in this game. His possession tally is pretty good and has been all season considering his TOG.

Plenty of big ball winners in defence. We have a really strong defence offensively. Most of our defenders can play on any line and play high or deep. Most are capable of 20+ possession games. So many of our defenders are capable of getting off the chain. This would be one of the most difficult challenges for the coaches when playing Carlton. Particularly compared to the finals series last season.

I haven't seen the game but 14 marks to Kemp is huge. He's putting his hand up as genuine best 22 player. Looks like someone who has come of age. If we can't always find a spot for him in defence then we should be trying him in other positions like wing of forward.

Kemp dropped for marchy and owies sub....baffling

Owies yes, strange call

Kemp has had some really poor patches with decision making this year, so can understand the change

Today, he played really well to his strengths, stay in his limitations lane and minimise over commiting. Will certainly retain his spot

Agree with some of the comments on Ollie. Would be good to see him go back and dominate the VFL for a month and find some confidence. I think that may happen when Walsh returns. Handballing to teammates advantage and kicking through the ball a big focus.
He looks like he’s trying to avoid contact with ball in hand or going into contests at times.

Don’t like to see it. Probably does need some confidence builders in the VFL.

Walshy for Ollie this week

Yes the ball was touched
Yes the double goal was contentious

However, you’ve got to be in it to win it. We were right there all day against an undefeated team with two of our best ten missing (Walsh, Docherty) and our two most dynamic small forwards (Motlop, Martin)

Anything could’ve happened if Cotts spilt it, or it were called touched. Conversely, we might’ve been up already if the other line ball i50 for us went our way (when they missed the OOTF earlier in the game)

We’re 4-0, we’ve played two teams that will likely feature in finals or thereabouts and should be happy with that.

I can give you a tip. Walsh is not coming in to play wing. If O. Hollands is coming out we need to bring a winger in. Sadly Doc getting injured hasn't helped us there.

Shout out to Owies with 3 disposals but 4 score involvements!
He really should play the whole game. Could have had 3 goals.

Enjoyed the arvo with Osc1 and yourself mate.

I was so nervous I couldn’t eat! Lucky as you guys gave Pizza Hut all you can eat a massive hiding.
PS check your secret stash of whiskey mate a couple of bottles skinnier t@ and fanks...
