Caitlin Clark's haters have been lined up around the block ever since her college career took off and most are not WNBA fans and not the young girls buying her jersey.
It's not hard to draw the direct link between men who want to control women's bodies and men who denigrate women's sport. And they were never going to vote for Kamala Harris.
The more they attack these strong young women, the more it will embolden young women like Clark (10 years younger than Swift) to vote.
This is roughly what the latest electoral map looks like if you don't apportion any states which have a margin greater than 1%.
Harris is 0.9% ahead in PA where Taylor Swift was born.
This is all before the debate and there's still 2 months to go, so a lot can happen. But it's Trump pushing it up hill at the moment. If he loses PA, he needs every other swing state.
He's gonna go full r-**** if the debate performance pushes the margin a lot. He's thrown everything he's got. Most of the rest of his arsenal (outright racism and sexism) will only make things worse.
Maybe his team will go down to the border and shoot some people. His supporters are just as likely to go crazy if it looks like a done deal that he loses.

The problem, and through no fault of Clark, is that a lot of. how do you say it politely, ahhh there are a large chunk of white people who are supporting her because they are racist as **** and like the idea of a white girl beating those black athletes. They are the ones now blowing up in surprise that she's not actually a virulent racist like them.

Yes, but these were all obviously Trump voters to begin with. It will only make some women in redneck towns think it's ok to not vote the racist way like their parents.
100%, they are all within the margin of error so you can't read much into them. Of course you want to be in front, but just as possible that you are behind when votes are counted
And the main unknown with US polling is if the people who said they would, will actually bother to vote. Mostly this is in the younger groups.
When half a million people enrol to vote after Swift and Clark suggest they should. That's extremely bad news for Trump. Attendance in young voters is everything for Democrats. Trump wasn't wrong when he said he got the highest votes for any incumbent President ever. It's because Dems turned out for Biden and Harris needs them too.

The Trump campaign clearly needs to shield Trump away from another debate after the debacle the other night, hence their proclamation of no third debate.
Harris/Walz need to maneouvre around the campaign team and appeal directly to Donny's fragile ego. Call him a chicken, coward etc. and keep reminding him how bigly he lost.
I don't think we'll get another debate, but it would clearly favour Harris if it happened.

He's further embedding hismelf with loons like Laura Loomer, there's a high probability he goes right off the deep in the next two months. A debate could be catastrophic if he went even further while ~70million people are watching.

Yeah, white Boomers suddenly had a huge interest in Clark and WNBA because Fox news told them she was suffering from "reverse racism" by being fouled alot. Now that she's encouraging people to vote, let's see if they stick with her or tell her to shut up and dribble.
