Fitting result.

Baker.

Daniel

Busslinger

The standouts for mine.

The umpires missed about 1 billion free kicks, but thats understandable given the awful conditions down in cowtown.

Thank god that is over. The umpiring in the last 10 mins was eye raising.

The most eye raising calls are always ruck infringements, both players are grabbing onto each other so the umpires can just pluck a free either way and it's probably there. They're the cheapest possible frees to call especially in a tight contest

Probably a fitting result in the end. Both teams had their chance to win it in the last. Perhaps a few of our VFL listed players struggled a bit but can't grumble about the result. A couple of Keath's kicks out of defence in the last were pretty ordinary though the conditions forced many hack kicks.
Garcia and Daniel were good in the clinches with Daniel the more effective. Baker is a very good player at this level. We didn't have much up forward, Clarke tried hard with his tackling but the rest struggled.
I'm worried that our AFL team as selected looks too tall and cumbersome for the conditions.

The umpiring at VFL is disgraceful. It’s always so over umpired.
Great point over umpired and to technical and the umpires advisers should be sacked that includes the AFL to.
They must paying more free kicks this year compared to other years.

Almost all of our games this year the free kick count has been in the high 20s for both teams, sometimes even 30s. It's crzay.
