Any elite small forwards?
I’ve got a good feeling about our current crop of small forwards.
I think Seth is going to be a gun
MRJ still lots of improvement,
Clarke just needs a decent run at it,
and Alger looks promising.
I’m hoping at least one of these guys develop into our next A grade small forward, it’s been a long time since we’ve had one. Probably going back to the 80s

Yep think Seth is a gun, needs to slot a few more goals but he'll get there (10 like in that Tassie league game please)
Hopes for MRJ and Juddy. Add in Hotton and a rotating Lalor 🔥

One thing though, Shai not an A grade small forward?

Castagna, Dan Rioli, Lambert, or Shai not good enough for you ??? 3 Flags !!!
Hard to please !!

Lambert and Bolton.

Bolton certainly has the tricks to be an A grade small forward, but conversion is his issue. Also has played a lot of his football in the midfield.
Lambert was not a small forward. He was gut running defensive midfielder, who could kick goals. Imo probably the best role player I’ve seen play for us. Dimma has credited him plenty of times as being that selfless defensive minded midfielder that allowed Dusty to be the attacking midfielder he was.

Louis Emmett starts his journey to Richmond this pre season

He will end up being the best Ruck/Fwd prospect since Brad Ottens, and I fully expect him to be our number 1 pick come 2025, and renew his acquaintances with his old mate the Algerian

Will be shocked if we pick a tall unless they're far and away the best option. Clear dominant must have sort of picks. Even then I dunno.

We've sort of backed ourselves into a corner list wise. We need the mids to have massive years.

Absolutely zero chance w we take a ruckman with pick 1 next year… 0

How so? There is ALWAYS elite mids in the top few. It's alot easier to find a gun mid than a gun KPP.

Because the list is unbalanced as is. We're going to have talls not even able to play in the VFL because there's too many

I don't think it will be a conversation anyways. Sharp likely dominates and Rodriguez fits this list absolutely perfectly

Sharp will be the tear away no 1 IMO if not already

It won't be in a couple years when Colina, OHB, Lynch and possibly Gray, Blight, Young etc are gone.
