Yeah you’d expect better from Roy honestly. Stewart is the sort of guy that is never going to get away from you in price and will always be gettable. The matchup probably sucked him in but real strange move at this point of the year

No but Stewart goes back and plays in the hole to intercept, now he's out so SDK could take that role. Didn't think about Brisbane not having many tall fwds

I would think so.
Marshall is having one of his career best games on SDK and Geelong made their run in this game with Blicavs in the ruck.
St Kilda easy matchup for defenders, tag going to Holmes, needed an upgrade in a line that has very little value in the 800k+ bracket. Made sense I guess
Imo it doesnt make sense to bring in Stanley just to put SDK back, when hes not needed in defence

Game is too quick. Possession based play has faded out and no one racks them up for fun anymore. Just need to get the genuine guns in (Dawson, Rozee) and hope their ceiling scores keep their average high.
I always loved having low ceiling guys that could give you a 100-105 every single week but those days are gone

Stewart though? Even without the injury there’s a 60 game incoming eventually. Had to have been better options

Yeah did get stuck on the bench a few times, but that still doesn’t fully explain only 88 minutes. In any case, not enjoying the split ruck role with Blicavs. Scott clearly doesn’t trust him to ruck against the big boys for an entire game. Still, if 72 is his floor it’s not the end of the world.

Brought him in hoping for the bump against an “easy” team for defenders regardless of the Marshall ruck matchup.
Does not bode well for harder ruck matchups where they’ll probably do similar

I’m building up way too many of these sorts of players. Good move because it made me bulk cash and my team value is flying, but they’re clearly going to be major issues at some point. Likely all at the same time too. Garcia and Day are already 2 issues for next week
