Annual reminder to only make your trades before Thursday lockout if you had to.

Had a hard time reversing my trades the other day because it involved somebody in the Utility position. Rollback team I think is not available post lockout if any player locked out is in a different spot

Think I'm pretty set on Hollands > Lindsay & want De Koning. Just not sure whether I should trade Haynes or Perryman. Haynes has the role and had a great pre season, just had a stinker last week. If he gets the vest the decision is easier - interested to hear what people think?

My main problem this week is that I’m so unconvinced with SDK. This cash gen will be nice but I think after the STK game he could have some really subpar scores.

I like Geelong’s bye though, so tempted to go:

Taylor > Ashcroft
Perryman > Holmes

Not sure if this is stupid though, probably is.

In a similar position with Rookie mids of L Ashcroft, Camporeale, Lalor, FOS & Draper as Utility.
For me, Day -> Lindsay looks like best option & then Garcia -> Rankine in Forwards.

Draper -> Lindsay another viable option, but then feel like I’d be trading Draper back in over next 1-2 weeks, once he shakes sub vest. Has high scoring potential.

Don't have Campo, Hall or Lindsay. Only players I'm looking to move on are Leake and Stone from GWS, & possibly Garcia. Might be able to trade Stone and switcharoo Garcia into F6, and then bring in Campo or Hall... (who has the better job security?)

Could then trade Garcia and move FWD Utility Sam Davidson into F6 and bring in Lindsay into Utility...

Thoughts?

Could someone please assist me - I need some big brains

I have Leake (D8), Taylor (D6) and Stone (UTILITY) not playing this week - I would like to trade 2 of them

However

I feel Ashcroft (MID) is a must have (espescially against WCE), and I also don't want to miss out on Melbourne Lindsay (MID)

So my issue is I can only trade in 1 of these midfielders via Stone (UTILITY) - the other trade needs to be a defender

Options:
Do I trade in both of these midfielders via Stone and an under performing R1 player? = 28 Green Dots
Or do I trade only 1 of these midfielders in and 1 defender in = 29 Green Dots

Any advice / thoughts would be greatly appreciated !

Perryman > SDK is what I'm doing.

Sanders still a chance to come good and has a ceiling so may be helpful in a best 18 week.

Regardless I think it needs to be;

Murphy Reid > Lindsay
Hastie > Lashcroft

You may be short of funds to do that though.

What's the plan for Ash? If you hold him over the bye you have to play him the following week again, not sure I'd be comfortable doing that either.

Yeah my plan was ash and sanders to nwm and hall because it's Henderson in my utility so unfortunately structure is blocking me from ashcroft and Lindsay. Would mean being able to get both next week though.

In that case I still think you have to go Ash > SDK/Freijah, Henderson/Hastie (depending on who's named) > Lashcroft/Lindsay. Pocket some cash so you can get the other rook next week.

NWM is going to be someone we all want to get in, but his upside is limited now after his Rd1 score, I'd rather wait until he cops a tag from a forward and drops a 70 to get him in.

I guess in a best 18 week I'm a bit fixated on getting those pop scores over a little bit of cash. Especially at my rank, plus doubts over freijah and sdk, but yeah maybe I just cave and get sdk.

Lindsay before Ashcroft, Ashcroft before Stone. Stone still has a week of cash in him so consider if there is a player you can move on who will make less in two weeks than Stone will in one.
