But it's OK if you do. No judgement here.I wouldn't touch Ryan.

I wouldn't touch Ryan.
I did. But it's a full season thing and he'll get attention and be rested forward and drop some 70's. I'm just getting him to break him.Its a shame his matchups werent available for everyone to see before the start of the season
Can't speak for Saints generally but didn't the Saints team for round 1 look significantly different from how it was named on the Thursday arvo? Are Saints one of the nice teams that typically picks their Sub from the bench. If so, then Garcia being named on field could be an indicator (but never a definitie).
Yeah Maric is a wait 1 more week, dont think hes locked in our best 22 just yet with Bo Allan in the mix for a debutDay to Lindsay
Hastie to Rankine
Probably hold Hobbs for one week with Tsatas/Perkins out, but will see if they bring any mids in.
Next week will get Bice and will look at Ryan Maric, 5 kick ins for a guy in the 400s is promising. Prone to some bad kicks but mostly is a good long kick, want to see one more week.
all the virtue signalling in the world won’t fix my teamSorry but who still uses 'gay' like this.
Hope whoever you hold drops a 20 on ya.
Yeah not sure it's virtue signalling..all the virtue signalling in the world won’t fix my team
You should've said "I need to get rid of two of these ********ers - Perryman, William Day and Hollands."all the virtue signalling in the world won’t fix my team
Same boat for me. I think I’m going to go Sinclair due to DPP which is not typically something I’d use to differentiate picks, but I would rather play Bice on field next week and for a bit longer after that, compared to an additional rookie like Lalor/FOS on field in my case.Tossing up between NWM and Sinclair to bring in defence this week. Is there a preference for either one? I have NWM at this stage but am worried about his lack of tackling.

How are people splitting Powell v Soligo? I'm personally finding it very hard.
Both have decent draws and similar roles, perhaps North has a tighter mid mix than Adelaide but there's potentially question marks over Powell's role as Wardlaw returns.
Soligo's got a better bye and slightly lower breakeven which may swing it for me. But still seeing a lot of people leaning Powell.
Having splitting a few trade options
I currently have Lindsay/Ashcroft on the bench, with Day the only mid I could even consider trading out to make space. SDK is at D6 sorting by price, but my fwd line is very shallow with Smith Macrae and Daniel followed by rookies, which I am ok with for now as I think there isnt a lot of value above 600k in the fwd line.
Have about 500k cash
Essentially these are what im sitting with:
First one leaves me with basically no cash left, and I dont get Lindsay/Ashcroft both on field which isnt good, but I get Dawson(or some other top mid premo)

Second one is just a couple of different premo options to get in, same issue with one of Lindsay/Ashcroft on the bench though

3rd one is getting a fwd instead of a mid.
I like this less because im getting Rankine who im still not 100% is value, BUT it gets both the fieldable mid rookies on field which is better for my structure and best 18, also leaves me with 200k for next week. Im a bit wary of Crows players being a bit inflated, as they have had 2 junk games so far.
Could also go Whitfield or something over NWM but not super keen on Whitfield over other defenders.
200k could be really handy next week naturally

I think the Rankine scenario is the vanilla obvious one to pick, but keen for any thoughts?
I wouldn't worry about Powell, Wardlaw isn't yet up to his output level and given his injury history I think will be used conservatively....Will Phillips been the beneficiary, and while he has been good, has been playing defensive roles and subbed out in both the first 2 rounds. Powell, now has consistency too....scored over 100 agasint both eagles and melbourne in pre-season scratch matches, carried through to the season proper, well rounded player, and can hit the scoreboard. Averaged 35 touches a game as a junior......I think he has arrived. Mind you, I was tossing up between him and Soligo at the start of the year too and don't think you can go too far wrong there.Right now....
Garcia > Lindsay
Day > Soligo
Thinking Powell instead of Soligo, but worried about Powell when NM midfield is back to full strength, an Soligo is locked in the Crows mids!
El-Hawli to debut, probably means Prior gone you’d think
Dons have the bye next week, so not quiteThink he’ll have a good role and be a must for next week.

He was pretty poor in the pre-seasonThink he’ll have a good role and be a must for next week.
