What a time to be alive it is!You haven’t been to a * Home Game on a Sunday afternoon and sat on one Bay on Level 3?
33,812.33,599 the current tally
With 9 home games from 2026 at Marvel, the value of memberships will and should rise in my opinion. There will hopefully be an opportunity to restructure and expand membership categories so it caters for everyone e.g. Reserve seat on LVL 3.Looking forward to the price jump in 2026.
Looking forward to the price jump in 2026.
Biggest possible gesture of goodwill towards the loyal NMFC members will be to not increase membership prices when we go from 7 to 9 Melbourne home games.
Surely its reasonable for them to increase prices in line with improving and expanding the membership offering? I think the best way to do it will be having the price increases indexed by demand for individual categories. I would not expect a significant jump for GA membership or LVL 1 reserve where availability remains high. But as a LVL 2 reserved seat holder where demand is high, i would expect and believe we should be increasing the price.Biggest possible gesture of goodwill towards the loyal NMFC members will be to not increase membership prices when we go from 7 to 9 Melbourne home games.
For a Melbourne based family to attend the 2 WA games next year, it appears you have to buy a stand-alone membership at $482, that gives nil access to any Melbourne of Tassie home games. If we want to also attend games here in Melbourne, it appears we have to buy a second family membership to attend these. Some information for our Tassie/WA supporters:

We weren't given a price reduction when they've sold games interstate over the years, I can't see them not increasing prices when they can say we are now having an extra 2 Melbourne home games.Biggest possible gesture of goodwill towards the loyal NMFC members will be to not increase membership prices when we go from 7 to 9 Melbourne home games.
Why? It didn't go down when we lost games. In fact one year we lost games and it went up IIRC.With 9 home games from 2026 at Marvel, the value of memberships will and should rise in my opinion.
Likelyhood: 0%.Biggest possible gesture of goodwill towards the loyal NMFC members will be to not increase membership prices when we go from 7 to 9 Melbourne home games.

I'm not sure we can afford to be the cheapest by not increasing prices. I'm not advocating for significant increases across the board, but i think there is reasonable grounds to increase the price of LVL 2 memberships in-line with demand (My family have 8 seats in this category). If we want to make playing more games in Melbourne more sustainable, generating more revenue from memberships will be crucial. We should be encouraging new and returning members to categories that typically experience less demand (e.g. LVL 1 reserve) through attractive pricing, and ensuring everyone who wants to go watch the club has an affordable option to do so. As i've suggested before, why don't we look at offering LVL 3 reserved seating at home games for those that want the convenience of a reserved seat but don't necessarily want to be paying $100 per game on LVL 2.Just FYI, North have (I believe?) the most expensive pre-game Marvel Stadium memberships of any tenant club.
It's a bit of a mixed showbag and hard to compare, but i'd say they're all pretty similar in the end.Just FYI, North have (I believe?) the most expensive pre-game Marvel Stadium memberships of any tenant club.
still a better deal than the doggies offerActing as if those replacement tickets are free is a bit disingenuous. That $659 price tag is paying for those lesser seats. And again I'll point out the price was not reduced when we lost 4 home games.
Good summary above FH, could you also include in your post the number of home games at Marvel per club, out of intereststill a better deal than the doggies offer
