Trying to renew membership online but have to add new credit card details. My issue with this is it will reactivate the auto renew again that I’ve canceled 3 or 4 times. Still get messages that CC has expired for auto renew. Did I read club is reopening 13Jan25? I’ll call and do it over the phone again.

Do it over the phone when they reopen.

Do it over the phone and be on Autorenew next year.

Won’t make one bit of difference whether it’s online or an explicit renewal and request

Credit where it's due; last year I spoke with Jen Watt about improving the range of guernseys and merch for younger kids, and Puma and the club have absolutely delivered this year.

Edit: ferball tried to suggest this was me taking credit for this change. Which is obviously ridiculous, but just to ensure there's no doubt - I am saying Jen Watt, Puma, and the club get all the credit!

With respect Chadwiko, ferball is not entirely wrong here, you just don't see it. You may not have realised you did it, but you kind of did. It's right there in the language you used. I take it on faith that it's not your intention, but when you insert yourself into the narrative, readers can quite reasonably take that impression. It's just something to be aware of is all.
