I don’t think it’s that slow. The following players are above average for their position for pace: McKercher, Comben, Fisher, Corr, Logue, Wardlaw, LDU. Another half dozen are probably average for their role. Then a further half dozen below average. Much like any other team I would have thought.That team is comically slow. But I spose that's a reflection on the club and its recruiting/development rather than the journo that wrote the team up. Doesn't help that Stephens' play invited a level of rage from the fanbase probably not seen (at least as far as on-field performance goes) in the last fifteen years. I'm still pissed off at him, and I don't really care if he did crack in harder after Clarko's bake. That's how much faith he eroded in that little cowardly spell of his.
