Even if we secure him, as a ruck, it's unlikely he debuts for us before Tasmania's first draft. We will have him on a 3 year contract so they'll have to pay up.

Zeke Uwland is their gun, but Dylan Patterson and Beau Addinsall are not that far behind and Kalani White I think can go either way as for which club he goes to Gold Coast academy/Melbourne father/son, he has ability and if he comes on as many suspect then that would be another absurd draft for Gold Coast, Kalani choice will be interesting at the end of next year, more so if he goes to another level.

Don't they have a rule now at GC where the player has to declare for them in their draft year now to continue with the academy program?
