Placeholder. I can easily upgrade him. One more go. Looking at $400k+ in the bank ideally. This side is basically priced at the maximum that im going to select. I'm definitely going to use the money in the bank strategy this season. I really like the forwardline and midfield mid-pricers and there are a couple backs (Mills & Coleman) that ive locked in.

Not sure Coleman is a lock for round 1.

I can never leave money in the bank.

It’s the smart play but I always feel I’m not optimising my squad with cash left over.

Wish I could try this strategy but can never bring myself to leave anymore than 50k in the bank.
Im giving it a go given $400k is essentially one rookie upgrade to a premium which may be worth say 70 points per week. With that 400k in the bank it can hopefully facilitate trades that will help 'catch up' those early lost points and allows a lot of flexibility. If the rookie can appreciate by say 150k then you are 550k better off and its a matter of spreading that 550k around to help get back the 'lost points.' The flex actually helps this strategy as it allows one score to be dropped so that additional on-field rookie may drop out of the 22 - maybe that helps the 70 points become 60 ish per week.

What is Isaac Cummings role at the crows expected to be?
Were people happy with Riley Bonner last year? Similar price also starting as mid only

Aah, so the picker is up and running? Will try take have a gander.
Hope Darcy Parish got a decent discount, he might be one to breed up to a big boi, but they might play funny buggers with the discounts as is their wont. Yeah, talking to you, Al Paton, if you are reading this. Stop toying with our emotions.
Doesn't really matter a heap what B Smith, J Macrae and Oliver cop, if they look the goods, everyone will be picking them.
Where did big TDK land price-wise on the ruck front? Any value there?
Any potential number one rucks coming in at big discounts? You could go a cheap ruck for the flex spot if one presents.

Gee whiz, only flicked through this page, but you mob are UP and ABOUT, you've come back to pre-season champing at the bit.
Looks like you've put in big training blocks off your own bats down the dunes, Scoops has gone more the way of Travis Johnstone at a Torquay caravan park.
