#45 I think is Heath Ramshaw....I noticed in one of the earlier videos there were some of the VFL boys training
Only a short clip, but it’s clear we want to move the ball quickly. None of this stop, hold, kick the ball down the line when the opposition is set up. Funnily enough, the only player to do this, was Young

Not concerned about skill errors in the first week of preseason. The more we practice it at high intensity and with senior players returning, the more composed we will look.
Three things I liked most.
1. Moir looking so happy and comfortable within himself.
2. J. Smith - clean, quick feet, hits targets. Will play round 1.
3. Binns being confident enough to hit that target on his left.
I understand this is an extremely small sample size, but we need our younger players believing and being confident they belong. I like that the coaches have recognised the need to change to this style of play.
Adding a confident Jagga, Moir, Binns and maybe a Smokey like a Billy Wilson or Cooper Lord to our core group changes our dynamic immediately. Have to remember that Walsh, Cerra, Charlie and TDK had injury-interrupted seasons. With no JSOS or Doc.
Didn’t see my boy Billy Wilson, really wanting him to take it on during the preseason. Has the pace, tenacity and skills to make it.

The issue I have is that when they're doing the drills and half the squad is wearing the orange, there's no numbers on the strip so it's difficult to work out who they are - especially when you're at the training session. I wrote to the club asking if they could add numbers to the orange vests - similar to what other clubs like Collingwood do with their alternative vests - but alas has fallen on deaf ears. It would cost four fifths of **** all to do it.
