Would have been rusty after not playing for about three years. Glad he improved as the game went on - suspect he's playing v Port.

Hey guys,
Sorry for the intrusion but watched the game today and if Dom isn't in you're rd.1 team, well I think the coaches have rocks in their head!!
Someone told me they would rather Hayden in the guts but the fact he took 8 marks shows he works hard and just the type you need with the new rule!!
Best of luck for 2021!

He will play round 1.Good game yesterday and his kicking was good as well.
Snake baker is right
Dom seems like he has something to prove. He actually played like he is desperate to be picked for round 1
If this guy gets a game this year then the NMFC is not serious about improving.

Where does he play? Cunners, Anderson, Dumont & Polec all missed and he's well behind Simpkin and LDU. Then Powell and Phillips. I'd backing in no contract extension for Dom.
I am still not sold on him, he will be found out at the top level, as usual. He won't influence the game against Port much but im happy to be proven wrong.
Two of his career seasons were better than any one of our midfielder on our list has put together, outside on Ben Cunnington.
if Cunnington and anderson are available then I'd dsay it'd come down to Tyson or Powell. Would prefer Powell as he's first year however Tyson did play well and probably does deserve a spot to prove himself after such an unlucky start to his north career.
His clearance work against Hawthorn was impressive. Pleasantly surprised by him.Tyson debuted with Melbourne as a 20 year old after transferring from GWS, and proceeded to rack up ~ 260 clearances & ~ 560 contested possessions in the next 58 games. If we had a 20-23 year old racking up those contested midfield numbers, we'd be slipping over on jizz.
Then some moron down there decided he was a wingman. They effectively butchered him, and it's not the first young bloke they have stuffed up either.
Of course, then he had a woeful run with injuries.
