Probably the most upset I’ve been at a retirement announcement. To say that he’s been the fabric, the heart and soul of the club for nearly a decade is as cliché as it is also somehow an understatement.

The absolute joy and passion in which he represents our colours is unparalleled. How many times have we seen him tug at the jumper and lifted our boys with his passion and enthusiasm? We’ve been so lucky to have him. Love you, Hooksy.
