He has a decent burst of speed and is more agile than his size would suggest. Goal kicking

I suspect that he might pip Jones for selection. Jones has had limited preparation and might benefit from another couple of hit outs. VFL selection and game time this week might give us a hint.

Geez Wright, Jones, Francis and Stringer. That sounds overly tall. It might be alright as Jones, Francis and Stringer are quite mobile but they will have to work hard for each other. Also nobody really stands out as the guy we can plonk in the goal square to give us a good contest. Stringer is probably the best option of that lot.

I'd guess the rest of the forward line would be Snelling, Smith and Perkins.
We are definitely lacking that electric small forward crumbing type.

Wright does OK as the traditional FF IMO. He's not a high IQ leading forward like Jones, he's better as a guy who can stand under a high ball or lead 10-20m out from the goalsquare. He's reasonably quick off the mark and few KPD's can match his reach.

Not to put any pressure on the young Lad but if we somehow did happen to uncover a diamond in the forward line I could see us pushing top 6 >.<
