His last month of footy has yielded 26 touches and 4 tackles

If you take out the GC game he has had 16 touches and 2 tackles in three weeks

No scoreboard impact whatsoever

We cannot be serious

There was one play where he literally just handballed back into a player that was tackled already. Bizarre.
Or when he tried to handball through 2 dees players and seemed baffled when they took possession. Astounding he’s still around. And we made him part of the leadership group. I’ve had enough. We’ve had enough. Ffs do something about the dead wood getting games.

Some of the players with less disposals than Turner today:

McKay, Corr, Shiels (sub), Howe, Larkey, Phillips.

We're worried about losing one of those clowns. Another is sposed to be a future captain or VC at least. One is in the leadership group and another two were brought in to drive standards. But yeah its all Turner's fault.

What about tonight?

He's a liability in the air, he's not a natural crumber of the ball and unless he's standing within arms reach, he's not quick enough to apply any meaningful defensive pressure.

Then with the ball (which he rarely gets), he's a sub-par disposer of it.

I understand the suggestion that he's a good leader, but you need to be able to play football to a decent standard before that becomes a valid argument. Euge was a great leader but that's not enough for him to pull on a guernsey.

I'm rarely puzzled at selections made and can always see the thought process but I've never been more baffled by a players continual presence in a best 22 after the amount of below averages performances (to be kind).

It's hard to say all that because I hate being overly critical and negative about North players, especially ones like Kayne who do everything they can to help the club and seem like good blokes. I genuinely feel sorry for him as he probably feels the heat of feeling like he's trying his best but knows he just isn't good enough and isn't pulling his weight.

Players get dropped and delisted for being shit all the time. It’s part of it. If you are the worst player and old in a bottom side, chances are you should be dropped. Like happens to heaps of solid citizen types.

Ultimately I go for North, the players just pull on the North jumper, I just want North to win - they could be 22 faceless blokes for all I care, it’s the result that matters. If a player is continuously a huge net negative that means we instantly start behind the 8 ball, then I don’t want them in the team.

He’s not the only one but he’s one of the standouts in terms of being an instant loss in terms of 18x 1 v 1s.

No words.
His continued selection and lack of impact just doesn’t make sense.

You wouldn’t get away with being this shit at Strathmore let alone in the AFL.

What gives.

I honestly don’t know why the club is the way it is. Forget Clarko and Sonja and Viney and all these fresh faces we get in.

The club itself is just mediocre and prides itself on it.

It would actually be funny if he had hired private investigators to follow all our last four coaches around and they all coincidentally happened to have raging cow sex fetishes or something

The alternative (we do not have anyone better to play his role) is far too depressing to give much thought to
