The fact Menzie is getting a game pretty much sums up the issues. No contest, no work ethic, poor decision maker. No elite traits.

Just a nothing player in a nothing forwardline.

Small forwards MUST be elite at either: speed/manic defensive pressure OR smart goal sense

Menzie does neither.. is actually poor defensively and fumbles most opportunities. Just have no idea why he is getting picked.

Rachelle at least puts himself in a position to shirk the contest. Menzie too tentative to even do that

Kinda reminds me of Snelling. Not sure what he's good at or why he gets games but he tries his best.

Yeah I just don't watch neutral games, outside of the Grand Final. My knowledge of anyone outside of Essendon is minimal.
