Bad news for Tim, hope he recovers soon. I have no idea what the issue is (and don't care) but let's not forget something terrible happened in the CBD last night and there are a lot of people affected by both as directly injured / near misses, witnesses and family of all of those people.

King / Sharman / Hammer / Higgins / Pou or Owens drifting forward from the midfield to create match up difficulties could be the core of our best 22 forward line for the next ~5 - 6 years so I am very keen to see that in action today.

From a team perspective my initial thoughts were that the late change might prove unsettling but it's interesting that it's the same forward set up as when we beat them last time
I like Hammer but I think the mix of the giant (King), the tall (Sharman) and the medium (Membrey) works better than having three big kids.

I was excited to see what Hammer could do in a final. He can be electric and hard to stop. The key is not allowing his opponent to take too many intercept marks. They'll play Taylor on him I have no doubt.

Hopefully he gos out with the intention of holding his spot and with nothing to lose. Go well Hammer.

Usually when the family asks for privacy it is a mental health issue.

Hope he is ok

Or something very close to home. Either way, terrible for him and us but we need to let him have his space and focus on winning today.

It at least gives us a 2nd ruck option without having to throw Owens in there. That's one upside, but Membrey will be missed.

I gotta mow the lawns before I crack a can so I don't feel like a worthless piece of work
I already did one hour of client work this morning, thats enough, the lawn can wait. Our worth as men does not come from completing tasks, but from who we are. And we are GREAT! Ask any bloke!
