Not sure why 'LOL Dees'. Melbourne have got a very good player in Clayton Oliver. His first game and clearance work was phenomenal. Was very consistent last year as well while in the body of a 12 year old man child who beats up kids for their lunch money (He didn't have a pre-season last year from memory)

He's a star. Strong over the ball, clearance machine and solid if not spectacular kicking. I know it's the VFL but if you saw his Grand Final you would have been sporting a semi as a Demons fan. Was all class; basically kept them in it.

Best part about about his performance yesterday of 23 disposals and a goal against GCS was he only had 58% time on ground.

I can't wait for another year or 2 where we stop comparing Parish to someone and instead are comparing draftees to Parish. It'll happen sooner rather than later, and I reckon it's when you know a player has made it.

For the record, I see him as somewhere between Ben Cousins and Sam Mitchell (though I wish he had Mitchell's disposal).

I personally see Parish having the better career because he is just so consistent but that is taking nothing away from Oliver
