That he’s played 141 senior games and will possibly get to 200 with 3 years of contract remaining is mind boggling.

There has to be better players than Neal-Bullen available out there. Has to be. Same with Joel Smith, Spargo, Chandler and a few others. If not then our recruiters need to be replaced with people who can do that job.

Our bottom 6 ‘best 22’ players are atrocious and we have no list depth whatsoever. Biggest recruiting off season coming up for the Dees in a decade.

Genuinely laughable how much attention this role player gets every week from nuffs.

He's there for pressure, I think we all agree on that?

This year he's rated ELITE for tackles, pressure acts and intercept possessions.

Same people complaining about ANB are the ones who go straight to blaming the game plan or the effort after every single loss.

You lot mentioning Neal-Bullen and how bad his season is.

You do the same with Brayshaw.

Petracca's goalkicking is poor.

Not sure if it's worth lumping Lever, Fritta and Langdon in with the above trio but is there a bad smell emanating from your players born in 1996?

Just an observation from afar.

Lol what? ANB is costing us weekly with bad kicking inside 50. Its possible to criticise him and shine the torch on the star names at the same time, you know?

Ahhh our goal kicking is costing us games! Better blame the guy whose whole job is to tackle...

Bloke averages 3 inside 50s a game. He's not the problem.

Oh he’s a problem. Maybe not THE problem but definitely A problem.

If all you’ve got in your toolbag as a permanent member of an AFL forward six is that you can chase and tackle, sorry that ‘ain’t good enough.

Every tackle he lays gets cancelled out by him being run down or unable to evade tacklers himself.

But his whole job isn’t to tackle, otherwise he wouldn’t get 15 touches plus a week. His job is to get the ball and, if not precisely hit targets, not **** up. At this stage, our momentum stops when he wins the ball.

ANB has 3 inside 50s per game.

His kicking efficiency is 54%, so you're blaming A LOT on a player for about 1.5 inside 50s per game.

Spot on red man.

Our club has changed attitude, starting from around mid way last season. it has gone into safety first mode, and IMO, this has caused a shift to cautious nelly plays.
We are slower bringing the ball up-field now, then in 2021.

And oppositions work us over around the wings, stopping us from marking the ball. This hurts our transition; as our players are uncertain whether to run to create or to be defensive.

Remember, marking the footy from kick-outs, is a get out of jail free card. Ours, and they're kick-outs.

These role players are all stale. ANB, Chandler, Spargo, Koz, Sparrow, Harmes etc etc. No idea wtf the answer is, it's not my job, but clearly Goody can't keep rolling out the same blokes in the same roles. Have we seen Rivers, Sparrow and Viney at a centre bounce together? Koz hardly used there! Bowey or Salem forward? Drop ANB and/or Chandler and bring in Woey or Howes. Try something FFS. It's not just the season that's vanishing, it's the wasted opportunity of this list.

My biggest problem with this guy, leaving aside the form of others and very questionable coaching atm - he seems to have little natural intuition for the game even after 150 games. Overall his skills are quite good and seems the right physical type for AFL, but his decision-making sucks particularly under pressure. Probably one of the players I least want to have the ball in a finals-type situation.

I like this 1996 theory. Is this when Gen Z started?

A con man pretending to be an AFL footballer

An inquiry into Tim Lamb's mental state when he sent through the paperwork for ANB's 3 year deal is needed urgently
