It’s been a long wait, but we’ve finally seen the defender that coaches talked up when he was 19-20, as having the traits of an elite key defender. Just needed a few years in the system and a chance for him to build a body. Was immense today, so happy for him.

Sprained ankles (for me at least) hurt like an absolute mother****er for about 5-10 minutes and then settle down pretty quickly after that
