The thing I like about his highlights is that he didn't wait for the ball to come to him once, he always attacked it in the air. I would like to see some more tackling though as apparently it is his weak spot

Footskills in the highlights were a standout. Really excited about this kid. Looks like the perfect high half forward Paul chapman type. Love his build too. Massive legs. Will not get knocked off the ball. Pair him up with kingy to learn the grunt work from - the kid already has the silk.

X factor, even

Two 38 possession games as an inside mid at the champs. Sounds promising. Let's face it, King's in his twilight, and this kid could be a stronger bodied upgrade on Nahas with some time.

Once is a fluke. Twice is an indication of a real ball seeking missile. Throw in the goals and we could have a real late draft gem on our hands.

Good size, his judgement of the ball in the air looks first rate. Real penetrating kick too. Knows where the goals are, like the look of him.
Welcome Matt, settle into Melbourne life and play some good footy.

very happy with this. small forward who is big enough and skilled enough to push into the midfield. can win his own ball, finds the goals too. please get foley and king to mentor him.

big call, I am thinking too small but, upgrade on Nahas:D I will have a look at his highlights before casting unjustified judgement:D

He is the same hieght as Chapman o_O
