Nup.. he can score in so many different ways cos he’s so powerful and agile
He will always create chances
:thumbsu:Noah said it himself, it not about him, it's the team around him.....

Bolton was too light in his first year, struggling to break into a side that had 3 smalls come into the team in that season while he had a case of the second year blues. Had put on enough size by his third season that he was ready and ended up in the side come the pointy end of the season.

As for comparison can't help but see a little bit of Mitch Morton.

Bolton's biggest issue was not his body, but his decision making. Too often he would try to do the flashy thing instead of the team thing. He would come in and do some special stuff, but then he would blaze away at goal instead of passing to a player etc . As soon as he did that, Dimma would drop him again. Bolton was good enough to be in the team in 2017-18 - but Dimma made him earn it harder than the others as he continued to make the same mistakes.

I dare say this was the case when Noah "played on". For all Noahs talents i don't think Dimma thought he could trust him to do the right thing at the right time.

Dimma really made Bolton earn his spot, much more than others. I always thought he was doing the same for RCD, but i think perhaps RCD lacked the inner strength to accept that challenge in the right way,

Thats rubbish. Bolton was doing exact same things as what he does now. The difference is no one can get near him now whereas previously he would get caught.

Its not rubbish. Dimma talked bout it in 2018 & 2019. He always was talented enough to be in the best 18 - but his issues were attitude, selfish play and trying to do the flashy thing over the team thing. He wouldn't chase, do the hard work etc. He cut corners.

Bolton has actually regressed in that role, but purely as his role has changed due to Dusty not playing & we require a free role player. In short, he earned his license to play they way he does now.

Don't believe me?

If any of you campaigners want to act like i am a secret troll, then you need to wonder how i know all this shit continually & always give you an article or stats to prove it. I know this team & i completely recall the journey to this success.
