Suns have a 4th academy player this year Just not as highly rated. A lot is going right for the suns. Just not finals for the AFL team. I can't see them wanting any player from our list.
Martin's prohibitively expensive contract rules him out I think.
Every team changes by 4 to 5 players each year. For us hopefully INs are Lynch, Gibcus (virtually injured all year) Dow, Bauer/Cumbo cement their places and we see a lot of the class of 21.
I have no idea Suns depth players. Their VFL team is good. Losing to North; never good.

You wouldn't mind betting on him getting the most votes average per game, but missing 3 matches might stop him winning it.

If he is not part of the starting 18 of the AA team, it proves that it is as corrupt as just about everything else to do with the AFL.
Those clowns who select the AA team are always banging on about the stats: Dusty's stats this year as a forward/midfield are off the charts.
Put it this way....if any AFL coach got to put together his best 18 to win the flag in this finals series, not one of them would leave Dusty out.

he is still under contract and on huge wages. only way I see him going is if the
AFL subsidise his wage and we get very good players/draft picks in return. AFL will subsidise his wage if he went to an expansion club. I'd hate to see him leave but if he wants to go the AFL will make it happen just for the marketing dollars.

I like what Balme said he should just finish his career at Richmond at this point.
I would be surprised if he didn't play 300 games for Richmond. he would want his name in history up with Riewoldt, Cotchin & Edwards.
Even if he wanted to leave given he is contracted & the $$ he is on makes it extremely difficult & given we woud not want to lose him.
That being said he is an unrestricted free agent next season so can just leave for nothing at the end of the year.
