He's the reverse Hardingham. Hardingham was the first and so far only player where we've moved their player thread from the main board to the VFL sub-board.

Now Tippa is the first one where we've moved the thread from the VFL sub-board to the main board. :thumbsu:

I trust Dons fans with their own list, what do you guys reckon he's chances are at AFL level this year....is he a back up for injury, horses for courses, play him when seniors are not performing?

I know it's cliche but I'd love to see him at Dreamtime. Didn't know of him before I met him at VFL level, but his attitude and politeness went down very well with me.

Alright so I'm from Perth and know next to nothing about this guy since I don't watch VFL. Is he actually good? What's he like?

Christmas.

EDIT: Actually, I won't be a dick.

Anthony is a small, but stocky and fast player who loves selling some candy, kicks nicely off both feet, leaps pretty well and is good overhead despite size, tackles hard, and breaks tackles well himself. He started as a small forward, played largely as a small defender this year.

Early footballing question marks related to consistency & endurance, both of which were poor. Since joining the vfl side, he's gradually been able to improve both enormously (mostly this year, which was by far his best).

Dodoro seemed to suggest he's pretty close to getting a game, and that Harvs is looking forward to having him stream out of defence. Whether he ends up in the backline is unclear, since as per his height he might be better suited to being a small forward who occasionally gets rotations into the middle. But his best form so far has been in the backline so that might be where they start him off.

Doesn't have the requisite tank to be a full time AFL player yet.

He is. He's a small and stocky running defender with pace, agility and sublime kicking skills off both feet.

I was against rookieing him, believing his fitness wouldn't be up to scratch.

But to see the kid smiling and humble, brings a smile to my face.

You can do a lot worse than a good natured kid who has busted his ass to get on to the list.

Best of luck, and I genuinely hope I can add my pre-draft thoughts on Tippa to the long list of things I've got wrong.
