So are we calling him Tippa or Walla? Seems like the club have started calling him Walla instead.

Walla probably makes it easier to differentiate from the other 10,000 Tipungwuti's in the Tiwi.

It was from memory, both me and my Cats supporter mate were talking about how we thought it was a free kick for being a little late but nothing else wrong with the bump.
If Dangerfield was trying to mark it should of been a free kick cos Tippa didnt even try and go for the ball

Yes I agree. I think Walla was trying to make it to the marking contest then at the last moment realised he was a little late and didn't end up raising his arms (as he knew he couldn't mark it).

More than happy for blokes to get cleaned up all game. Modern footy is dullsville.
Not when you're jumping for a mark and completely exposed like Danger was, nope. There's hard and there's stupid. Allowing things like that all the time would be the latter.

If you disagree, go have a chat to Tom Lonergan.

I think you are entitled to a bit of protection
From behind when you are wide open in a marking effort
Agree - surely you can't launch at a bloke marking the ball without trying to spoil the ball.

Didn't deserve weeks but would had to have been a free if mark wasn't paid. Suspect no injury to Danger helped Tippa, bust his ribs and it was weeks for sure given how tribunal operates.
