Could he play wing. He’s one of the best users in the team so would be good to get him in a more damaging position.
He's not miles away. This could be Houli's last year. Rarely do you have a 'best 22' available through injury or form, so while on paper he is not best 22 he is fair back-up and will only get better as a player because while his aggression and hardness needs to improve, his kicking is elite. So on balance he is not that far off, more so next season. Pretty good back up this season. He is a 22 years old late bloomer with half a dozen games under his belt.I see something to work with, needs to get fitter stronger and show he can do more than 15-20m pin point foot passes under no pressure to retain possession. Does he really create or damage oppos? Miles away from being best 22 on a healthy list.
Totally agree with this.Looking pretty good. Only thing he needs to work on is going in more often for the ball. He occasionally avoids a contest. Shouldn’t be waiting for the opposition to get the ground ball when he’s there first
So is it pronounced Eggmoless or Eggmoless-si?

Agree...
His kicking is elite and so is his composure...it was there on show in the VFL GF...just standing up in the backline when Willy were throwing everything at us and surrounded by oppo...
I agree his hardness and aggression could improve...against the doggies bigger players he was easily brushed aside...really needs to take a leaf out of Baker's book in making his presence felt against the oppo...
Maybe it can be taught without denting his obvious skills...I like what he has shown so far and feel the Egg is a work in progress...
Nothing beats an exit player on/off the HBF with the speed of a cut cat, kick of a mule and with the accuracy of a laser light delivery...Could it be he is being used as an outside player because of his strength of kick exiting our back 50, good in traffic & speed ?

Quite a common name in these parts (Central to North Queensland) Used to work with one (great old bloke Des, legendary in rugby league in the area - king of the kids) Egg- mol - eese rather than trying to get around esse with a questionable version.Lol I’ll try and do one but I’ll let his mother pronounce it in audio how they say it, Cause she is a Eggmolesse...SSInlander

Seeing games live, I've been impressed with Short too. With what Eggs shown, I like our small defenders depthNothing beats an exit player on/off the HBF with the speed of a cut cat, kick of a mule and with the accuracy of a laser light delivery...
Leave him in Adelaide.
