He averaged 22 touches at champs vs the best kids in the country as well as having the most meters gained and most meters gained per possession.
Dogs were contemplating him at 16. He would have gone top 30 maybe top 25 without a name. And as Heisenberg said f/s and academy players have a history in last 3 season of being bid on after their expected draft range.
He has weaknesses with contested ball but he has talent and we are lucky to get him at 34.
Again, according to the draft calculator, the selection was worth roughly pick 47. He's some some flaws but the tigers took a punt.
To put things in perspective, Menadue was a higher pick, so was McIntosh. I think Naish is a better prospect than them at the same age.

Mcintosh is hard as nails and that's why he plays regularly. Naish is totally different. Maca is underrated and will remain a regular in the team.
He’s confident and a leader on-field too. If he plays VFL next year go and watch and listen. He’s second only to Morro for how loud he is out on the ground.

Not really forgotten, I don’t expect to see him in the seniors much this year or next.
Long term play with him.

Think he missed a bit of pre season and has just got back in to the grove of things. Might get a game or so mid season, and hopefully push for selection next season

Don't remember seeing him last weekend v Boxhill I don't think he played or if he did he was very quiet

Not really expecting much from him.
Minimal size like Menadue and Cellis when they arrived, are neither have stamped their claim in 3 years, so I don't expect a lot from him early doors.

Not sure but i thought i saw him in a video from training in Adelaide last week .
Might have been used as a bit of a interstate travel experience for him .

He’s light years away. Needs to go to the same gym as Rancey and take Menadue and CEllis with him.

The only time I saw him live was up here on the GC when he played in the U18s as an underager. Seemed a bit of a plodder. Looked to be plodding a bit today as well. He made the AIS though, must have some serious skills. Look forward to seeing him develop. Not sure putting him with CEllis is the right move.He’s light years away.
