The FBI have named Thomas Matthew Crooks, a 20-year-old man from Pennsylvania, as the "subject involved" in the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump.

With Trump's apparent decline and Vance's drain-circling, can and would the GOP make a change? I don't know if there are any legalities involved with the FEC.
What I do predict is that any forced change like health or death occurs, the Reps are going to put up an enormous campaign to somehow postpone the election. "The voters must decide and they don't have enough time,, yadda yadda". I think it will be all out throughout their party and conservative media ecosystem. SCOTUS ruling maybe? Delay and then...? I honestly don't know which way they would go. I can see them going down the precedent and honest constitutional interpretation route, or they (the 6) could go totally partisan.
Hopefully Trump can make it through to Nov. and we can escape that chaos at least.

When my wife, a greyhair like myself, first got onto FB and other SM, totally fell for whatever went through her feed. It took her a while, but now she understands it better, can still get caught up in a post but comes to her senses in short time after.
