Anytime stuff like this comes out, I do have to wonder what impact it will really have.

Anyone still supporting Trump at this stage, is just going to write off anything like this as fake news, and part of the conspiracy against Trump.

As for the "undecided voter" ?
I've stopped even trying to comprehend how anyone can be undecided at this point in time. I guess the only people would be those that know Trump is an idiot, but perhaps don't care enough to go out and vote against him.
YES. YES. And more YES.

That's the problem with a democratic voting system where two parties represent the only (realistic) option for voters.

The unwritten rule of the constitutions of democracies where such systems are in place (and that includes most parliamentary democracies such as Australia's) is that it assumes a level of honesty, decency and adherence to democratic principles from the two parties and their candidates.

But Hotelling's Law of how such binary systems work in both economics and politics (e.g. If one party chooses an extreme left position then the other party can secure a majority by locating just to its right. The converse holds for any position except the centre, so the only equilibrium has both parties located at the centre - preserving political stability and support for the system itself) has been turned on its head.

We are now seeing in the United States what can happen if one of those political parties becomes so beholden to a narcissistic demagogue who sees personal power as THE goal of public office that it disposes of its allegiance to the democratic process itself. The short term right wing populist themes of neo-nationalism, economic and social conservatism become the agenda and soon the very fabric of the democratic process is under threat.

America is the laughing stock of the world.

Don't laugh too loud. The undeniable success of MAGA Trumpism is being cut and pasted as the model of electoral success by conservative leaders across the world.

The last time he did a 60 Minutes.

In fact all the talk about Harris not doing sit down interview, the only one Trump does is with friendly media outlets. Maybe he should do one with Maddow or Cooper.

Been electioneering for 4 years. One Town Hall on CNN then nothing but Fox and other friendly media. Don't think I can ever recall him being on a sit down one on one with ABC, CNN, CBS (whilst Pres? he walked out of that one), MSNBC.
