I was replying to a post. One which indicated that cancers & fractures don't affect the community, like contagious diseases do.
I can see the Trumpeteers would like to get sick people out of the country before they become a problem. Its ok that they've work for a pittance & contributed to the nations economy, but chuck them on the tip when they might need help.
