Can't agree with you there. People seem to be responding well to a bit of energy and enthusiasm from a younger candidate. Okay, maybe not the kind of people who get upset by a woman laughing...
Cute that you think Trump is even capable of letting someone else speak without trying to make it all about him.

Harris will make it about him. Prosecutor vs felon .

That's what he's scared of.

Its just the rusted ons who would respond positively to a door knob. Yet to see her move the needle in any meaningful way.

No they're saying that if he cant run again he should resign.
Thats an illusion - Americans are used to a system where the incumbent isn't contesting an election - tell me why this is any different? It's months away, not years. Gee whiz even when they win it takes a couple of months before they actually are given the keys to the white house

Initially polling suggests that she has little, if any ground, to make up. Hell even the polls before Sleepy Joe pulled out were favourable to Harris.

Now Dementia Don and the Regressives are losing their shit because an educated woman is about to take them to town.
Wonder what excuses he will have to avoid debates.

The difference is that Joe was chosen as the candidate during the primary process and the party decided Joe's fate and not the electorate.

Australia and the UK are used to this happening but this is quite unprecedented fir the US so will be interesting to see how the take it.

Pretty well so far, based on donations, registrations, polling and general energy.

Yes but for the GOP to be shaking their fist about it is quite ridiculous really - every election where the incumbent has served his 8 years this situation occurs - the only difference is the party will select the candidate. Considering the number of dems dropping out of the process I think it's being self selected.

Trump. Painting himself as a victim, keeps saying it's unfair.

Why do you think he would prefer to run against Biden?
It's a good starting point for him as insurance for if he loses - I mean you can hear it now "the Dems didn't follow process, I should not have had to be in this election with this woman"....blah blah

You have to laugh at Harris now being the messiah. The Dems didnt even want her but after Joe imploded they were left with no choice.

Has Barry endorsed her yet?
She's not a messiah - but she now gives the Dems a fighting chance. Previous there was just disappointment and gloom. No one in their right mind either wanted Biden to run and win (knowing he was no chance to govern for 4 more years) or run and comprehensively lose to Trump.
