Very lousy of Yze. It's crapping on his family who've dropped everything to fly over from Perth. 10 hours flying, hours at airport, hours in traffic to watch him play 10 minutes is disgraceful. No reason at minimum he couldn't have been brought on 10 mins to go 3rd quarter. Different story if his family's from Werribee. Plenty of underperformed players like Pickett, Graham could've been swapped out. Debut them on the ground or don't select them in future. Piss poor!!!!

Graham has played twice in 2 months with zero fitness. Gassed in 2nd half. Mansell, Sonsie, Dow, Pickett doing nothing, Mcauliffe practically sat on the bench 2nd 1/2 for whatever reason. Could've swapped him with easily half dozen players way earlier to inject some fresh legs into the game. The subs there to be used for either injury or tactical to try change the game. Bringing the kid on with 10 mins left when 5 goals down and no momentum is pointless and terrible coaching, regardless of wasting his families time.

Agree I just don't understand the logic in making any player Debut as a sub and there is no way even wallet would stoop that low.
you hear it all the time from campaigners reflecting on their 15 odd year careers, they always remember their first game. Smith gets to remember his arse going numb and briefly trotting around in red time when the results already been signed off on.
