Marlion opens up a bit on some personal issues and challenges he has faced.

Some real awkward moments with neither Parker or Pickett being natural public speakers, but some amazing stuff in there too.

Didn’t realise the acceleration he has over the first 10-15.
I knew he was quick but he’s been putting dust between himself and his opponent when he’s got the ball. Not sure this was evident to this extent in his first years with us. Maybe it’s the confidence that comes with playing at the top level for a few seasons now

No doubt grown in belief , playing with dare and taking the game on, terrific football, shame he had to wait until 27 to debut should have played years ago

The coaches just need to refine his technique. The frees he gives away seem to be at crucial stages of games and these days momentum can shift very quickly.

It's not just Marlion, we as a team seem to give away more clumsy high frees than other teams so there is definitely something going on with our tackling technique. We also don't seem to receive as many either so outside of biased umpiring you have to ask the question why.
