I reckon Neil Blame is going to be making some calls tomorrow morning to AFL house. He's not going to be in a good mood.

'WTF is going on down their at the AFL circus? Shouldn't you bunch of polo playing softcocks be off stroking your egos, fixing a reputation for someone in the boys club or sexually discriminating women because you bunch of clueless pricks have a history with all of that."

One week ban from the MRP.
They are taking the piss now
Yet the cats player who concussed higgins off the ball, nothing to see hear

This bloke hits hard……….very very hard.
I actually sat level 2 directly in front of that hit and not only heard it but felt the vibrations.
Everything he does is with genuine serious intent and love his intensity.
Need to do whatever to get him off.

Appeal every other campaigner does and gets cleared for worse

The only vision is inconclusive. You can not possibly tell that it was high contact. So Christian has guessed. WTF happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Oh that's right common law rights don't apply to AFL sanctions

Must appeal
He got straight back up and played on
good call

a free kick only, Hawthorn got everything from The umps but they might have missed a free kick here against pickett.

so the match committee says "we can't have that don't worry we'll fix it up"
and we'll try and get him a week suspension instead.

Whats the free kick for?

It was perfectly timed bump with the ball within 10m of the bump.

Seriously, they choose to play the game. Make the players sign a waiver for injuries that occur in the course of the game or training. Have the Players Association (aka the players union) set up a fund to take care of those that suffer serious injury. Just stop trying to take the bump out of the game!

The game is becoming a joke. Surely we appeal this.

I don't understand how you can say that's a week and a bloke lays a bump and concussed a bloke and it's not

All in the same f*n write up

Incompetent imbeciles
Again the cats player concussed higgins off the ball with a bump and thst is ok, club needs to grow some balls and appeal

Slow it down, pause it and frame by frame it if necessary... See for yourself...

I believe there's no head-contact and certainly not "medium" impact... I suspect they've just glanced at the full speed and not slowed it down at all to look at it properly and assumed there's head contact and since it's a "rough conduct" charge, the guidelines say this:
"Any high bump which constitutes Rough Conduct that has the potential to cause injury will usually be graded at a minimum as Medium Impact, even though the extent of the actual physical impact may be low." - https://resources.afl.com.au/afl/do...8e9ced332989/2022-AFL-Tribunal-Guidelines.pdf

If the RFC don't challenge this I'll be shocked.
