I just heard the news... this is pretty disrespectful seeking out a new club when we still in finals, what if we get injuries to our small forwards and can't pick him because he is out the door! bad move on his part if we make the GF he def won't be picked lol.

Lloyd was old yeah is more skilled player, but we have to get more then 60 for Butler he is a premiership player who was our best small forward that year he is only young.

Hardwick publicly back him in a presser not that long ago when he last came in got asked does he still have a future at the club and Dimma said yes, I doubt he would be asked to look else where with finals & injuries could happen.
Yeah I saw that too ... maybe on 360 .. but I thought that would be his standard remark while in season about a player

That's very contradict while in season we back him in and say he has a future, but in season finals he is looking for the exit door. lol

If Butler has 2 good games in a row it'll be back to a jizz fest in his honour.

Butler is possibly way better than any other small forward you currently have on your list.
He is also a Premiership player that had a blinder in the GF. Carlton urgently need someone with his experience as a small defending forward. You don't really have anyone that can keep the ball inside 50 - Butler is expert at pressure and keeping it in.
