Yep, since (and including) the Cats game seems too slow to get rid of the ball. Tries to take on too much.

Needs to know his limitations. Should model his game on Tom Mitchell. Be the extractor & feed off quickly.

Half his holding the balls are the ones he gets called for dragging it in. If you go down onto your knees you have to get it out.

I think that's just who Hobbs is. I've heard him described as loud, cheeky and angry a few time now.

His hand to foot takes an age, has a huge arc action that goes way up before he drops the ball from a reasonably low point.

Happened a bit last year when he was playing exclusively forward that he would fail to get a shot away in situations you'd be thinking a shot would be a certainty.

His overall progression this year has been good though.

That probably would explain the "clumsy" knee from Kelly into Hobbs' after that tackle.
