It's been noted your affinity with supercoach has left u with a severely impaired perspective on AFL.

Anyone with twitter should just keep bombarding him all day, til he gets the point. Include #afl In it so more people see em.

Thought he was great for the first 3 quarters vs StK, but his last quarter was out of this world. If only that running goal from 50m had an extra 1 metre on it......
But gee, he must've been involved in 3/4 of our goals yesterday.
34 possessions - NM ain't gonna lose when Wells has that much of the ball.

3 Brownlow votes. No doubt about it.

We came out and said that pick 4 would be available for the right player.

At the time pick 4 for Wells would have been maybe slightly overs. I was all for it, Love Wells.

I'm stoked with Gaff and I'm sure you guys are stoked with Wells.

Daniel Wells was fantastic. Has he ever played a better game for us? And that last quarter by Wells was excitement personified. From breaking the lines with his dash to his clearance work he was simply first class. His game had everything. Kicking Big Goals to setting up team mates. Even that contest close to centre wing were he out muscled Hayes. His game had it all. He was great.

Gaff is a fine young player. Wouldn't give Wellsy up for anyone to be honest

Off topic, but wasn't Wellsy just a beast last week on the inside. Probably his best game for the club in the context of the way he played. GUN!!!!!
Does anyone else think Scott is finally using him more on the inside again like he was last year?

Early in the year he was setting up on the outside as a receiver, just like Laidley used to do with him. It makes him far to easy to tag.

Perhaps this was precautionary. With the whole clots, could have died, blood thinners, no pre season thing

Yeah I actually pondered that earlier in the season on here.

He was so good winning his own ball last year, that you had to assume it was a precautionary thing.
If so, it might be a case of Wellsy finally being ready to take on a more inside role, rather than Scott finally using him in this way?
