Thank **** Jonze won the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay. Would have been a travesty. I loved Her.

Haha MM is awesome. I have no idea what he was talking about and I don't think he did either, but I rode it all the way.

On the awards- probably the most predictable of recent times. Only Gravity's editing win was anything like a surprise.

Happy with those awards. Cate really deserved it, she was ridiculous in Blue Jasmine. For a fleeting moment, I thought Bullock would win.

Glad 12 Years won the big one and not Gravity.

Ellen was okay without being brilliant. Please give Ricky Gervais the gig next year.

Overall I'm happy with the winners. Great for our Cate to get an Oscar, she was brilliant in Blue Jasmine.

McConaughey has had a terrific year with Mud, Dallas Buyers Club & True Detective so he deserves an Oscar too. It was great Leto got the best supporting actor role too.

I always thought you could split a hair between 12 years, American Hustle, & Dallas Buyers Club in regards to Best Picture. But 12 years winning best picture sits right with me. Thank god those awful films Wolf of Wall Street & Her missed out.

That part where he was talking about his hero being himself 10 years in the future or something was bizarre to say the least.

I can understand how someone may not like Wolf but not liking Her?

You've gone mad.

Many people didn't like it, you should try reading a few reviews other than your own. But in the end it's all subjective isn't it? We can't all like the same things, so why don't you respect my right to like or dislike whatever I want, as I respect yours.

Settle down, you get so worked up over nothing. I was mocking nothing more.

Preferred McConaughey's speech at the Academy Awards where he was blind as a bat but man, so proud of the guy. From where his career was to where it is now, nothing but respect. One of my fave actors today.

I think I tipped every award (not a hard year to pick though).

Yep it has to be said that this guy has come from a slew of crap films to be one of the best in the game right now. Amazing revival.

DiCaprio, What does he have to do to get an Oscar.

Be the best actor in a single role in any given year. He's quality but hasn't really put out something Oscar worthy in nearly 20 years, those roles being either What's Eating Gilbert Grape, This Boy's Life or Basketball Diaries.

Leo's best work was done early but he was great in the Aviator and has had movie performances worthy of oscar nominations. This whole thing about getting an oscar being the be all and end all is pretty ridiculous too. The amount of greats who haven't received oscars should say it all really.

Leo's a great actor, and tbh, the oscars are over rated.

I think he'd like to win one but it's not the be all end all, millions of people know how good he is, and love watching his movies.
