This promises to be a match all of us remember!

First of all, here's who we can't pick:

so Tom Doedee must be eight weeks away, and Riley Knight won't play again this year.

The Swans' injuries are three blokes i don't know, and Sam Reid

We are betting favourites for some reason.

Also, this is Sloane's 200th game!! In tribute, here's the best gif ever made of him

I'll add the teams when they get announced.

We are trash. The Swans aren't great. The midfields will fight like this:

I think we're better on paper, but lots of things are better on paper. I have no faith in us. I just hope we don't cough it up when the Swans come at us.

Let's try a fun game - who can get closest to the crowd figure?

Anyone else find it amusing that during the Essendon saga we kept hearing how the players and their family's safety was at risk. Hence those in charge were (rightfully ) punished.

And yet with most workplaces and sport across the world shutting down to.protect people and be as safe as.possible these Muppets (The AFL players) want to go ahead with games. Even though it means increasing the exposure of themselves, their families and the community as a whole.

Sounds like we will get at least 1 debutant this week should we be playing.

Really don't know what to make of footy this year, 3 weeks ago I was excited for the season to start.

Now I'm not sure whether I can be bothered with it

But if they play less games, they lose money. These guys are on a shoestring budget

Is Carona making his debut?

Its exceptionally difficult to find the same amount of enthusiasm for week 1 anymore!

This game feels like its got less sizzle then a internal preseason game

Doedee hyperextended his ACL knee didn’t he? I think it was a 6 week job from when he did it... so I guess he might be a chance for round 2 in June.

Good luck and congratulations to Rory on his 200th.
But we are in a rebuilding year and we might have 1 player debut.
Never change Crows
Sounds like we will have 1, but a few others like Stengle, Davis, Jones etc getting more opportunities. The side will a mix of very experienced players and those at the other end.

Yep, just shows how poor our development has been when these guys are considered newbies.

I think Barry (Crocker) comes in for EH, but looks close to me.
