I disagree, it does have moments of smoothness... but it's ruined by players teleporting everywhere and dodgy animations

The sheer ineptitude to release a patch in which the opposition can’t miss shots at goal.

They need to find a happy medium it's been bouncing back and forth across patches (barely miss any shots, to kicking out on the full dead in front to not missing anything again).
In saying that I've had games where the AI kicks 5-10+ points. Increase the quarter length! A 10 minute quarter length they kicked over 20.
Yep. Honestly think the best course of action is to just forget this game exists for 12 months and hope by then it's alright. Or if not, move on. Clearly they have no idea where they are trying to get to and the game was completely unfinished. I was bullish in that first week of patches that we would get somewhere quickly but that ain't happening, and no one wants to play this game once we hit October, so may as well wait it out. Have definitely learned my lesson re Big Ant games going forward.

Frankly with no word on xbox at all even though the earliest it was supposed to be released is now and into the coming days i doubt it is actually going to be released at all

Frankly, I'd just move on and not worry about it. If this is what they're doing 4 months in, I don't how 12 more months is going to fix anything...
I'd honestly rather Big Ant admit defeat at this point, delist the game and give back refunds to people who bought this thing but that's never gonna happen in a million years. It's just painful watching them try and fix this and then break a bunch of things trying to do so and then having to fix those and then end up breaking the things that were just fixed.

Yeah I agree can you win the ruck?
Im a big critic of BA but things like that they literally have no control over, if the player isnt there they can't get scanned lol.
Aside from the AI never missing any shots?

Latest PS5 update has the gameplay feeling a touch slower in my opinion, not necessarily a bad thing.
Glad they worked on that new sunset logo flash between plays rather then adding anything to the most bare management mode in the history of AFL games

I think we need an official petition to get Twistie in the BA offices and fix the monstrosity of the Team Selection screen and make it similar to the Evo 2 one. Not only is it ugly, it also doesnt function

Priorities!
As I have said for a while now I believe management mode is exactly how Bigant wanted it, as bare as it is! The whole reason for everything being bare is because they're relying on Proteam to be what every player will keep coming back to play. Why else take out single player career mode?

That would actually be a great idea. Problem is that it involves taking inspiration from a WW game and getting someone who worked on those games to work for BA and as we all know, "Anything BA has done is better than what WW has done" so that idea will never happen in a million years... Yeah fair point. As childish as that logic is, its still hard to deny the selection screen looks….questionable at best. Just use a TV broadcast screen as a template and change the colour schemes around would be a pretty easy solution. The long scrolling back and forth in the Reserves section is also annoying.

Agreed... They really need to revamp that and make it actually functional and not clunky.
I would be on board with copying the AFL Evo 2 setup, I just don't think a certain person running Big Ant would and he has more power in decisions than any of us do.... Sadly...
