This high scoring is just ridiculous.
I remember the days when 2000 was something to boast of.
It's been mentioned before and I'll mention it again; the salary cap this year is ridiculous. It's diminished a huge amount of the skill involved in this game, and opened the door for newbs with no idea and people who just read things straight off this forum.

I hope Nebula or even LH15 (whose effort this year to has been unbelievable to from where he was) can take out the whole thing. Hodgey's probably too far back but I'll be rooting for Neb that's for sure - or maybe Silky is still up there? If I remember correctly he was for a while.

Oh and I'm on 1991 + CoJo's score.

Im on 2126 with Sinclair left to play 3 quarters. Im also a man down cos I had no replacement for Sandilands. Reckon 2400 will win the weekly prize?

I'll definately be sending an email or something voicing my dissaproval, but as DBT said; they want to cater to a larger audience so they make it easier in order for any Tom, Dick or Harry to have a chance to do well.
If anything the salary cap will go up next year.
And it's a sad, sad thing.

The thing is that 80% of people in the top 5000 probably have most of them too, so they would have all had huge weeks if they'd perform better aswell.
It all comes back to this stupid salary cap and the fact everyone can fill their entire team with the best talent thus making every side a carbon copy.
And if you decide that you want to compete with the best than you basically just have to follow suite and get all the same players too.

Preempted that Dane Swan would make up for last weeks effort, nonetheless it was not to be and as a result, didnt make a great captain choice this week.

To add to that, no replacement for Sandilands. : /
On the upside - Gibbs my replacement for Cam Bruce scored over 80 for once in his life.

I dont really like how everybody's team is the same, but you have to deal with it, and to do so you pick the best players at that range.
