Is that a joke? Probably is... but can't be sure on a forum. Gets caught too much? He is one of the most evasive midfielders in the league. He moves through packs and congested areas as well as Del Santo and Black. The guy doesn't have the nickname "the Matrix" for nothing. So much time when he has the ball, while not overly fast, he is extremely agile and has amazing awareness. You haven't seen Scott Pendlebury if you think he gets caught too much. It's like saying Ablett gets caught too much.

And FWIW, he has a much bigger frame than Thomas.

Laidley was on SportsTonight earlier and said he had done the ligaments in his thumb and would miss 4-6 from memory. Channel 10 actually showed the vision of him doing the injury as well.

Fraser has the capacity to score the second highest for ruckmen after Cox IMO. In 2006 he averaged over 90, and after carrying injuries throughout 2007, his average dropped and so did his price. I'm all over him... gonna be a bargain.

got my smokies set...like coughlan, prismall, like hurn, muston, gumbleton...guys that peoples who dont follow footy wouldnt know about...my smokies helped me do well last year

all these guys, ive dun da researsch on and checked the stats in nab cup...i reckon im set

but now i reckon i need some competition...raw talent - apparently you finished top 1000, thats ****ing amazing! was it hard? how do you do it? i keep finishing like 40,000 and im like a legend among my friends, coz theyre like shit, and im like good...but top 1000...

Struggled to train this week as he took a knock to his neck last Saturday against Hawthorn. Has apparently been in considerable pain and will consult specialists during this week, however, it appears that Nick Stevens may have played his last game for the Navy Blues.

I hope for both Stevo's and my teams sake that the rumours are untrue. We all know how rumours have the tendency to shapeshift into something that is furthest from the truth, and i find it very premature to declare that his career may be over on the basis of a Chinese whisper.

Started with him and just traded him in my FF Planner. Not a bad price and i expect him to be used a bit more in the midfield this season though is quite inconsistent. If you can't free up any more money then he isn't a bad option.

I picked him as he may get more time in the centre with the departure of cousins/judd and with kerr under an injury cloud. He may get the second year blues, but for his price and being listed in the forward line is enough for me.
By the way, i have selwood also from west coast in my starting line up-is he going to play the majority of games this year??

I'll seriously have to look at rearangements as he added class to the midfield at the expense of a nobody!!! Take him out now and the midfield looks pretty vulnerable.....

May have to look at downgrading a back and adding another gun to the midfield.

The impact that this could have on Murphy also, especially if we dont see Judd out on the park often, will be huge.......Gibbs it is!
