Im pretty sure Ross from Big Ant said a while back that AFL only want instant profit, or to balance the books so to speak. thats why Big Ant got shelved, because they wanted to take their time and build a great game and go upwards, even if it started off taking a financial hit. Considering the AFL is getting all invested in e-sports , it's strange that they don't seem to comprehend the impact a great game can have on the sport. Gee whiz the only reason i ever gathered any interest in Basketball, American Football and even Ice Hockey is because i played their video games.

Which is pretty funny to hear in hindsight considering the recent AO Tennis debacle with the game obviously being rushed. What happened to that side of Big Ant when they were developing that game????

Did Wicked Witch and Big Ant switch dev mentalities between AFL Live 2 and AFL Evolution???

I made a video about AO Tennis and big ants recent drop off for my YouTube channel and said almost this exact thing (that they aren’t the same studio that stood their ground on Live 2, if anything it’s as if they’ve realised that all they got from that was the loss of the afl licence and WW went through the shitstorm and are now making decent afl games with Evolution)

I saw that vid. It was pretty good. I subbed to you after you posted the History of AFL Games video on BigFooty. You make a lot of good points.

I wonder if it is like on AFL Live, where you actually have to swap out someone who already had that number, and then swap the new player in.

For example, if you want to change your player's number to No. 5, you had to swap it out with the player who already had No. 5 on the list, and then when you play, the new player had No. 5.

I don't know if you guys remember how to change number on AFL Live 1, but I wonder if it is the same way of doing it again (I haven't tried it yet).

I would even say that it's needed for Evolution 2. It would at least really help out my streams.
 
I'd be shocked if you didn't and I think it would be unreasonable to expect it to be free. Price needs to be right though, anything more than 20 bucks for what I imagine will simply be a list update would be wrong.

From memory, i think Live 2's pack was between $20 and $25, so i'd suggest it would be the same. Glad to see they're getting onto it early, hopefully for seasons launch
 
Hopefully the list updates, more scans, some more customisation (long sleeves pulled up to elbow length pls), more stadiums, more guernseys (reserve and affiliate teams for the non Vic sides thx).

Best thing would be ovals sized properly and not all the same.

I'll take what i can get and they need the support and investment in order to continue upgrades. Money needs to come from somewhere.
