The last Tru Blu game was actually difficult to get if you hadn't preordered it for some reason.

When AFL Live came out, besides pre-orders, they'd only sent 15 copies to my local EB, so they were snatched up within the first 20 minutes. Was the worst :( Had to wait about 2-3 weeks until they'd brought in more stock

I'm taking a day off work on launch day so I can spend the whole day playing the game. The weekend after launch will consist of looking after my 2 year old, playing footy, the Mother-In-Law's birthday, and catching up with my old man, so this is the only way I'm going to be able to get some good playing time.

My missus incidentally said I'm an idiot for using an annual leave day to play a game - she just doesn't understand haha.

I know the feeling mate. "Why don't you spend that annual leave day playing with your son instead of a stupid video game" is what i cop.

I'd pre-order if it wasn't WW. I'm waiting for street break gameplay footage from someone's Nokia flip-phone.

Bradman Cricket 17.

It was a blessing in disguise for those that missed out though.

It should do, yeah. I preordered NBA2K17 from them last year and it came about three days before the release date.
That's because 2k releases on the Friday for Pre-orders and on the Monday for retail sales. It's a pre-order promotion they've run the last couple years. But is a good sign that JB send things on time.

If it's in a pro match then I guess it'd be 'kick x number of goals' or 'have x number of disposals'

But in a regular match it might be more team related so how many goals your team can score, winning margin etc

These are from the objectivetypes.dat file in the demo. I assume they would be randomly generated per game or something ie. kick 2 banana goals in a game etc.

Things may have changed now but this is the main problem for people who are waiting for gameplay vids, reviews etc. There is a real chance the game will sell out quick and not be available for a couple of weeks after that.

I know some people don't want to pre-order but it does guarantee you a copy at release.

In the rugby game, it would also be relative to position. That is, a full back shouldn't have the objective "kick a banana goal". However, reading through that list, I'm not sure what objectives you'd give to defensive players. There doesn't seem to be an objective for number of spoils per game.

I'll be happy if the game plays well and im not able to kick 10 goals in the first 5 minutes after only having the game for an hour, I want it to be a challenge on the hardest difficulty.
100% agree with this

Live 1 lost my interest over time because of how easy it was

I want the hardest difficulty to be extremely difficult so at the very least it should still be a challenge in 2 years when Evolution 2 is released

Doubt it. If you don't like it don't buy it simple!

Based on previous efforts and lack of revealed content thus far, it's better to doubt the quality of gameplay until it's released. The set of features looks good, though, so hopefully the important bit - the actual gameplay - isn't disappointing. This was the case with Live 2. It had more modes, teams, etc. on offer than Live 1, but these were basically pointless because the game was such a piece of garbage to play.
