Just picked up my copy from eb 89.95, rang the missus " I had to leave work early to get the game" her "you had to go today?"
Me" yeah"
Her " your not playing it tonight!"
Me " you better be in a better mode by the time I get home"
Her - hangs up the phone on me...

Omg never get a missus!!!

  • Doesn't lose his winning streak or progress toward the "dropbear" badge.
Why don't I get a win?

We don't award a win by default when someone ragequits on you, as otherwise it is possible to game the leaderboard: using two accounts, one can give themselves as many wins as they want by simply having the other account constantly quit mid-match.

What happens when the other guy dashboards, pulls out his ethernet cable or turns his console off? Same thing?

not so bad. just need to turn it on in the last quarter
 
This so much fun so far, lost first game to collingwood by 40 so i try gold coast win by 58 points on my second game on rookie difficulty :thumbsu:
 
I have a few qualms with the game:

1. The ruck taps piss me off
2. The locking onto players system pisses me off
3. I can't win, I am that shit
4. Injuries are barbaric
5. It freezes
6. The commentary disappears
 
Playing the Swans in round 2. 22 points up at 3 quarter time. They kick 6 straight to lead by 8 with 2 mins to go. Get a goal back through Lonergan and its 2 points. 43 seconds, wow.

Get the tap to Jobe who handballs to the nearest player. He's able to break free and run to 50. He has a shot to win the game and kicks out on the full. Siren goes. Shattered. :(

Ok well she has changed her tune, now I get 30 mins whohoo lol

Great game. Finding it hard to mark and when to get in the best position. But im sure with a bit of practice I will get it eventually.
 
Anyone know if JB in Frankston have stock?

Hey, this game I think is causing problems with my xbox, I've never ever felt it heat up so much from a game and I've played games with better graphics for longer periods of time. The pack on the light is red and I don't think i've ever seen that before.

Slightly annoyed as I was in the last quarter dominating the cats.
Had another look, and I think the power box (dunno the name?), the fan inside of it, has stopped working.

Where can I buy a new one from?
 
Am I the only one who finds the game easy? Playing on Legendary and I normally win by 5 - 10 goals with 5 minute quarters... It's just not that hard... I've only played one game online which I won. I would play online more but I don't really have the internet for it.

Playing 2 players v comp however is a bit more challenging, but only because my brother sucks
 
only 4178 goals to go for that big trophy....

and yes, they marking system needs improvement and the AI are always right on your heels which sucks a bit but makes for a frantic game
